Your first visit will last approximately one hour and will include a comprehensive evaluation and applicable treatment administered by one of our licensed physical therapists. Your physical therapist will review your medical history, diagnostic tests and any recent events that may have contributed to your current condition.

Your evaluation will include assessments of your current function, pain level and posture, as well as a thorough evaluation of your flexibility, strength, balance and endurance. Following your evaluation, your physical therapist will provide your personalized treatment plan, expectations for recovery and provide you with a customized home program to streamline your progress.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment in order to complete all necessary paperwork. For any follow up appointments, plan on arriving 5-10 prior to you scheduled appointment time.

The cost of your customized treatment plan and therapy visits depend on your diagnosis, individual needs and your insurance plan. We will verify your insurance benefits prior to your evaluation and our office will help you understand your copay, deductible and the overall billing process. Cash pay and payment plan options are also available.

Dry needling is an evidence based treatment utilizing microfilament needles most commonly associated with acupuncture.
